Come out with us to volunteer at Clean the World! We will be helping to recycle old soaps/shampoos to send to people who need it!

We will use algae to demonstrate how substances can self assemble into important shapes like spheres, and to discuss how this impacts nanotechnology.

National Chemistry Week
Program-In-A-Box
Discover how chemists are developing new technologies using metals at the intersection of organic and inorganic chemistry. From innovations in medical imaging and theranostics to fundamental changes to the way we create everyday necessities like clothing, food, and energy, these scientists will demonstrate how we can harness the power of our “marvelous metals.”
This will be on October 22nd from 6-8pm.
Mole Day

Guest Speaker = 10 points

Chemistry Related Volunteer = 5 pts/hr
